Special District Local Laws Code § 3986.0201","heading":"GOVERNING BODY; TERMS.","body":"(a) The district is governed by a board of five directors who serve staggered terms of four years.\n(b) Four directors must be elected in the manner provided by Subchapter D, Chapter 49, Water Code.\n(c) One director must be appointed by the governing body of the city from a list of persons recommended by the preceding board.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1269 (H.B. 4706), Sec. 1, eff.
