Special District Local Laws Code § 5001.026","heading":"REMOVAL FROM OFFICE.","body":"(a) A commissioner may be removed from office for malfeasance or nonfeasance in office by unanimous vote of the commissioners court of Aransas County after a hearing.\n(b) Appeal from a judgment of removal may be taken to a district court in Aransas County.
