Special District Local Laws Code § 5004.051","heading":"COMPOSITION OF BOARD; TERMS.","body":"(a) All powers of the district shall be exercised by a board consisting of 10 directors.\n(b) Directors serve staggered terms of two years, with the terms of:\n(1) four directors expiring January 1 of even-numbered years; and\n(2) six directors expiring January 1 of odd-numbered years.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.04, eff.
