Special District Local Laws Code § 5010.0211","heading":"MEETINGS; QUORUM.","body":"(a) The board shall hold regular meetings at least once each month on the day and time designated by the board.\n(b) The board shall hold special meetings:\n(1) at the call of the board president; or\n(2) on the request of three commissioners.\n(c) Four commissioners constitute a quorum of the board.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 495 (H.B. 4666), Sec. 1, eff.
