Special District Local Laws Code § 5012.0058","heading":"COMPENSATION OF COMMISSIONERS; EXPENSES.","body":"(a) Unless otherwise provided, each commissioner is entitled to receive a fee of not more than $50 a day for each day of service necessary to discharge the duties of a commissioner.\n(b) Each commissioner is entitled to reimbursement for actual expenses incurred on behalf of the authority and approved by the commission.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 468 (H.B. 4172), Sec. 1.01, eff.
