Special District Local Laws Code § 5012.0152","heading":"TAX ASSESSOR AND COLLECTOR.","body":"(a) The commission shall appoint a tax assessor and collector.\n(b) The tax assessor and collector shall execute a bond in an amount set by the commission that is:\n(1) at least twice the average daily balance of the authority in its depository for the preceding year; and\n(2) not more than the estimated amount of revenues of the authority for any year.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 468 (H.B. 4172), Sec. 1.01, eff.
