Special District Local Laws Code § 5018.0003","heading":"DISTRICT TERRITORY.","body":"(a) The district's boundaries are coextensive with the boundaries of Orange County, unless the district's territory has been modified under:\n(1) Section 3 or 3a, Chapter 103, Acts of the 41st Legislature, 1st Called Session, 1929 (Article 8263a, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes), before August 30, 1971;\n(2) Subchapter H, Chapter 62, Water Code; or\n(3) other law.\n(b) The district includes all of the property within the district's boundaries.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 468 (H.B. 4172), Sec. 1.01, eff.
