Special District Local Laws Code § 5018.0152","heading":"ACCOUNTS, CONTRACTS, AND OTHER RECORDS; PUBLIC INSPECTION.","body":"(a) The board shall cause to be kept complete and accurate accounts conforming to approved methods of bookkeeping.\n(b) The secretary shall:\n(1) keep a true and full account of board meetings and proceedings; and\n(2) preserve board minutes, contracts, notices, accounts, receipts, and other records in a fireproof vault or safe.\n(c) The records kept and preserved by the secretary under Subsection (b) are:\n(1) district property; and\n(2) subject to public inspection.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 468 (H.B. 4172), Sec. 1.01, eff.
