Special District Local Laws Code § 5201.004","heading":"DISTRICT TERRITORY.","body":"(a) The district is composed of the territory described by Section 2, Chapter 66, Acts of the 55th Legislature, Regular Session, 1957, as that territory may have been modified under other law.\n(b) The Commissioners Court of Galveston County may redefine the boundaries of the district contained in Section 2, Chapter 66, Acts of the 55th Legislature, Regular Session, 1957, to correct any error or omission in those boundaries.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 729 (H.B. 2019), Sec. 1.04, eff.
