Special District Local Laws Code § 5201.006","heading":"APPLICABILITY OF CERTAIN OTHER LAW.","body":"(a) To the extent it can be made applicable, Chapter 284, Transportation Code, applies to:\n(1) the issuance of bonds under this chapter; and\n(2) the operation and maintenance of a road facility constructed, acquired, or improved as provided by Section 5201.005.\n(b) The district has all the rights, powers, and duties over a road facility authorized by Section 5201.005 as are granted to or imposed on a county by Chapter 284, Transportation Code.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 729 (H.B. 2019), Sec. 1.04, eff.
