Special District Local Laws Code § 6601.003","heading":"LEGISLATIVE FINDINGS.","body":"The legislature finds that:\n(1) all land and other property included in the district is, and will be, benefited by the district and by the improvements the district will purchase, construct, or otherwise acquire;\n(2) the district is created to serve a public use and benefit; and\n(3) the district is essential to accomplish the purposes of Section 59, Article XVI, Texas Constitution.\nActs 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff.
