Special District Local Laws Code § 6603.201","heading":"CIVIL PENALTY.","body":"(a) A person who violates this chapter or a rule adopted under this chapter is liable to the district for a civil penalty of not less than $10 or more than $200 for each violation.\n(b) Each day a violation continues is a separate violation.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.05, eff.
