Special District Local Laws Code § 6608.0106","heading":"INITIAL DISTRICT TERRITORY.","body":"(a) The district is initially composed of the territory described by Section 2 of the Act enacting this chapter.\n(b) The boundaries and field notes contained in Section 2 of the Act enacting this chapter form a closure. A mistake made in the field notes or in copying the field notes in the legislative process does not affect the district's:\n(1) organization, existence, or validity; or\n(2) legality or operation.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1130 (H.B. 5334), Sec. 1, eff.
