Special District Local Laws Code § 6610.152","heading":"ACCOUNTS, CONTRACTS, AND OTHER RECORDS; PUBLIC INSPECTION.","body":"(a) The board shall keep complete and accurate accounts conforming to approved methods of bookkeeping.\n(b) The accounts and all contracts, documents, and records of the district shall be maintained at a place or places in the district designated by the board.\n(c) All contracts, documents, and records of the district shall be open for public inspection at all reasonable times.\nAdded by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 855 (S.B. 1162), Sec. 1.01, eff.
