Special District Local Laws Code § 6904.161","heading":"RIGHTS-OF-WAY; EASEMENTS.","body":"The district has all necessary or useful rights-of-way and easements along, over, under, and across all public, state, municipal, and county roads, highways, and places for any of its purposes. The district shall restore a facility used to its previous condition as nearly as possible at the sole expense of the district.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.06, eff.
