Special District Local Laws Code § 6905.052","heading":"CITY OF BEEVILLE ANNEXATIONS.","body":"If the City of Beeville annexes territory, the board may consider whether the new territory should also be added to the district and may:\n(1) add the territory by a majority vote of the board without following the annexation procedures under Section 6905.053; or\n(2) reject the addition of the new territory.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.06, eff.
