Special District Local Laws Code § 6906.152","heading":"AUTHORITY TO BORROW MONEY AND ISSUE BONDS.","body":"The district, in the manner and to the extent permitted by this chapter, may:\n(1) borrow money for any of its corporate purposes;\n(2) enter into agreements in connection with the borrowing;\n(3) issue its bonds for money borrowed;\n(4) provide for and secure the payment of its bonds; and\n(5) provide for the rights of the holders of its bonds.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.06, eff.
