Special District Local Laws Code § 6913.104","heading":"OFFICERS.","body":"(a) The board shall elect from the board's membership a president, a vice president, and any other officers that the board determines are necessary.\n(b) The board shall appoint a secretary and a treasurer, who are not required to be directors.
