Special District Local Laws Code § 7201.001","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"Unless the context otherwise requires, in this chapter:\n(1) \"Board\" means the board of directors of the district.\n(2) \"Corporation\" means the La Joya Water Supply Corporation.\n(3) \"Director\" means a member of the board.\n(4) \"District\" means the Agua Special Utility District.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 1057 (H.B. 1358), Sec. 2.01, eff.
