Special District Local Laws Code § 7211.052","heading":"QUALIFICATIONS FOR DIRECTORS.","body":"Notwithstanding Section 65.102, Water Code, to be qualified to serve as a director, a person must be:\n(1) at least 18 years old;\n(2) a resident citizen of this state; and\n(3) either a user of the district facilities or a qualified voter of the district.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 528 (S.B. 853), Sec. 1, eff.
