Special District Local Laws Code § 7501.003","heading":"LEGISLATIVE FINDINGS.","body":"The legislature finds that:\n(1) the district is essential to accomplish the purposes of Section 59, Article XVI, Texas Constitution; and\n(2) the creation of the district as a conservation and reclamation district:\n(A) will result in:\n(i) material benefits and improvements to district territory; and\n(ii) the increase of the taxable value of property in the district;\n(B) benefits all property in the district; and\n(C) will result in material benefit to that section of the state.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 729 (H.B. 2019), Sec. 1.05, eff.
