Special District Local Laws Code § 7502.004","heading":"AUTHORITY BOUNDARIES.","body":"(a) The authority is composed of the territory described by Section 4(a), Chapter 522, Acts of the 71st Legislature, Regular Session, 1989, as that territory may have been modified under:\n(1) Subchapter N, Chapter 58, Water Code;\n(2) Subchapter J, Chapter 49, Water Code; or\n(3) other law.\n(b) The legislature finds that the boundaries of the authority form a closure. If any mistake exists in the description of the authority's boundaries, the mistake does not affect:\n(1) the authority's organization, existence, or validity; or\n(2) the exercise of a power, function, or purpose by the authority under this chapter.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 729 (H.B. 2019), Sec. 1.05, eff.
