Special District Local Laws Code § 7805.151","heading":"AUTHORITY TO ISSUE BONDS; TAXES FOR BONDS.","body":"(a) The district may issue and sell all unissued bonds that have been authorized at an election held in the district.\n(b) The district may impose an ad valorem tax on all taxable property in the district to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 112 (S.B. 1026), Sec. 1.02, eff.
