Special District Local Laws Code § 7806.054","heading":"OFFICERS.","body":"(a) The board shall elect a president, a vice president, and a secretary-treasurer at the first board meeting after each directors' election.\n(b) The secretary-treasurer:\n(1) is the custodian of district records; and\n(2) shall attest to all legal documents executed by the district.\n(c) The board may employ an assistant secretary to act in the absence of the secretary.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 70 (S.B. 1147), Sec. 1.02, eff.
