Special District Local Laws Code § 7807.059","heading":"MEETING PLACE.","body":"(a) The board shall designate a meeting place or places.\n(b) Any meeting place of the district is a public place for matters pertaining to the district's business.\n(c) The board shall give notice of the meeting place and of any changes in the meeting place by publishing the location in a newspaper of general circulation in Dallas County.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 70 (S.B. 1147), Sec. 1.02, eff.
