Special District Local Laws Code § 8101.253","heading":"FORM OF BONDS.","body":"(a) An authority bond must:\n(1) be issued in the name of the authority;\n(2) be signed by the president;\n(3) be attested to by the secretary; and\n(4) have the authority seal impressed on it or a facsimile seal printed on it.\n(b) At the option of the board, a bond may be signed in accordance with Chapter 618, Government Code.\nActs 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff.
