Special District Local Laws Code § 8101.255","heading":"TRUST INDENTURE.","body":"The trust indenture may contain provisions prescribed by the board that:\n(1) provide for the security of the bonds and the operation and preservation of the trust estate;\n(2) provide for amendment or modification of the trust indenture;\n(3) provide for the issuance of bonds to replace lost or mutilated bonds; and\n(4) condition the right to spend authority money or sell authority property on the approval of a licensed engineer selected as provided by the trust indenture.\nActs 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff.
