Special District Local Laws Code § 8104.052","heading":"ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY; BONDS.","body":"(a) Land may be added or annexed to the authority under Subchapter J, Chapter 49, and Subchapter H, Chapter 54, Water Code:\n(1) without the consent of any municipality under Section 42.042, Local Government Code; and\n(2) regardless of whether the authority has issued revenue bonds.\n(b) A change in the authority's boundaries under this section does not affect the validity of the authority's bonds.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 729 (H.B. 2019), Sec. 1.06, eff.
