Special District Local Laws Code § 8104.314","heading":"ENFORCEMENT.","body":"The following may be enforced in a court by mandamus or other appropriate proceeding:\n(1) payment of bonds or notes according to the term and tenor;\n(2) performance of agreements with the holders of bonds or notes or any person on their behalf; and\n(3) performance of official duties prescribed by this chapter in connection with bonds or notes.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 729 (H.B. 2019), Sec. 1.06, eff.
