Special District Local Laws Code § 8150.152","heading":"JOINT ROAD PROJECTS.","body":"(a) A district may contract with a state agency, political subdivision, or corporation created under Chapter 431, Transportation Code, for a joint road project.\n(b) The contract may:\n(1) provide for joint payment of project costs; and\n(2) require the state agency, political subdivision, or corporation to design, construct, or improve a project as provided by the contract.\n(c) A contract may be a contract under Section 49.108, Water Code.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 1175 (H.B. 3554), Sec. 1, eff.
