Special District Local Laws Code § 8183.105","heading":"COMPENSATION.","body":"Unless the board by resolution increases the fee to an amount authorized by Section 49.060, Water Code, each director:\n(1) shall receive a fee for attending each meeting of the board not to exceed $20 for a meeting or $40 in one calendar month; and\n(2) is entitled to an additional amount not to exceed $20 for each day that the director devotes to serving the business of the district if the service is expressly approved by the board.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.10, eff.
