Special District Local Laws Code § 8246.053","heading":"OFFICIAL ACTIONS; QUORUM.","body":"(a) The board shall perform official actions by resolution.\n(b) Two-thirds of the board constitutes a quorum for the transaction of any business of the district.\n(c) A majority vote of those present is sufficient in any official action, including final passage and enactment of a resolution.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1139 (H.B. 2619), Sec. 1.04, eff.
