Special District Local Laws Code § 8288.053","heading":"BOARD RESOLUTIONS; VOTING REQUIREMENTS.","body":"(a) The district shall act through orders or resolutions adopted by the board.\n(b) All directors are entitled to vote.\n(c) The affirmative vote of a majority of the directors in attendance, but not fewer than five directors, is necessary to adopt an order or resolution.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1139 (H.B. 2619), Sec. 1.04, eff.
