Special District Local Laws Code § 8306.105","heading":"COMPLIANCE WITH MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE OR RESOLUTION.","body":"(a) The district shall comply with all applicable requirements of any ordinance or resolution that is adopted under Section 54.016 or 54.0165, Water Code, and that consents to the creation of the district or to the inclusion of land in the district.\n(b) Land in the district that is located in the City of Bastrop's extraterritorial jurisdiction is subject to municipal ordinances applicable to extraterritorial areas, unless the municipality's governing body waives compliance.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 649 (H.B. 1841), Sec. 1, eff.
