Special District Local Laws Code § 8307.107","heading":"LOCAL ROADWAY IMPROVEMENT.","body":"A developer who undertakes a project in the district shall enter into an agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation, the commissioners court of any county in whose jurisdiction the district is located, or another appropriate entity to make improvements in the roads surrounding the district to mitigate any problems with traffic the proposed project is anticipated to cause or create.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 753 (S.B. 660), Sec. 1, eff.
