Special District Local Laws Code § 8341.107","heading":"ANNEXATION BY CITY OF GREENVILLE.","body":"The City of Greenville may annex a district created under this chapter on the earlier of:\n(1) the date that water, sanitary sewer, drainage, and road improvements and roads have been constructed to serve 90 percent of the land in the district; or\n(2) the 15th anniversary of the date of the election held to confirm the creation of the district or any new district created by the division of the district.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 469 (H.B. 315), Sec. 1, eff.
