Special District Local Laws Code § 8345.105","heading":"STREET REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE.","body":"(a) After the 10th anniversary of the effective date of the Act creating this chapter, the district, at the district's expense, shall repair and maintain the streets in the district.\n(b) A district's repair and maintenance of a street under this section must meet all applicable construction standards and regulations of Williamson County.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1095 (H.B. 4803), Sec. 1, eff.
