Special District Local Laws Code § 8364.052","heading":"EX OFFICIO DIRECTORS.","body":"(a) At any time, the board may by resolution:\n(1) appoint a nonvoting ex officio director to serve at the pleasure of the board; and\n(2) remove an ex officio director.\n(b) An ex officio director:\n(1) is entitled to all notices and information given to and accessible to a director; and\n(2) may attend and participate in any board meeting.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 12 (H.B. 701), Sec. 2, eff.
