Special District Local Laws Code § 8380.109","heading":"RULES; ENFORCEMENT.","body":"(a) The district may adopt and enforce rules:\n(1) to administer and operate the district;\n(2) to govern the use, availability, protection, security, and maintenance of the district's property and facilities; and\n(3) to provide for public safety and security.\n(b) The district may bring an action in court for an injunction or other appropriate remedy to enforce a rule of the district.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 866 (H.B. 3864), Sec. 1, eff.
