Special District Local Laws Code § 8380.155","heading":"FEES AND CHARGES.","body":"The district may establish fees, user fees, rates, and charges that are sufficient:\n(1) to accomplish the purposes of this chapter;\n(2) for the operation and maintenance of the district;\n(3) to pay the principal of and interest on notes, bonds, and other obligations issued in connection with the exercise of the district's general powers and duties; and\n(4) to satisfy all rate covenants relating to the issuance of notes, bonds, and other obligations.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 866 (H.B. 3864), Sec. 1, eff.
