Special District Local Laws Code § 8471.103","heading":"RESIDENTIAL OR PLANNED COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT; WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY.","body":"(a) In the event that a residential subdivision or planned community is developed in the territory of the district, the district shall develop a wastewater treatment facility in coordination with Hays County and the City of Wimberley.\n(b) A developer who proposes to build a residential subdivision or planned community in the territory of the district must agree to develop the property in a manner that works in conjunction with the design and specifications of any wastewater treatment facility developed under Subsection (a).\n(c) Repealed by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 914 , Sec. 2, eff.
