Special District Local Laws Code § 8501.108","heading":"MEETINGS.","body":"(a) The president shall preside at all meetings of the board.\n(b) The board shall set, by order entered in the minutes of its proceedings, a specified time for the regular meetings of the board. The board shall meet for a specific occasion if called by order of the president, vice president, or a majority of the directors.\n(c) The board shall hold its meetings at its office and principal place of business unless the board directs otherwise for a specific occasion.\nActs 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff.
