Special District Local Laws Code § 8501.165","heading":"COORDINATION AND JOINT UNDERTAKINGS AMONG DISTRICTS.","body":"(a) A drainage, conservation, reclamation, or other district created by this state with powers provided in Section 59, Article XVI, Texas Constitution, may:\n(1) coordinate its plans with the authority; and\n(2) enter into joint undertakings with the authority for the purposes for which the entities are created.\n(b) The acts taken under Subsection (a) must be approved by a majority of the boards of directors of all the districts involved.\nActs 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff.
