Special District Local Laws Code § 8503.0105","heading":"PUBLIC ENGAGEMENT POLICY.","body":"The board shall develop and implement a policy that provides a structure for public engagement in regard to water supply projects. The policy must include a clear and detailed description of how the authority will seek to actively engage stakeholders, including the possible use of:\n(1) advisory committees;\n(2) community panels;\n(3) town hall meetings; and\n(4) other strategies on a recurring basis.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 18 (S.B. 606), Sec. 2, eff.
