Special District Local Laws Code § 8503.019","heading":"PURCHASE OF BONDS.","body":"The authority may, out of any funds available for the purpose, purchase bonds issued by it at a price not exceeding the redemption price applicable at the time of the purchase, or if the bonds are not redeemable, at a price not exceeding the principal amount of the bonds plus accrued interest. All bonds purchased in this manner shall be canceled.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 996, Sec. 1, eff.
