Special District Local Laws Code § 8504.055","heading":"COMPENSATION OF DIRECTORS.","body":"(a) A director is entitled to receive a fee of office for each day of service approved by a vote of the board and necessary to discharge the director's duties.\n(b) The board shall set the fee described by Subsection (a) in an amount not greater than the amount allowed under general law.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 112 (S.B. 1026), Sec. 1.04, eff.
