Special District Local Laws Code § 8506.104","heading":"DEVELOPMENT, GENERATION, DISTRIBUTION, AND SALE OF WATER POWER AND ELECTRIC ENERGY.","body":"(a) The authority may:\n(1) develop and generate water power and electric energy inside the boundaries of the authority; and\n(2) distribute and sell water power and electric energy inside or outside the boundaries of the authority.\n(b) A use authorized by this section is subordinate and inferior to an irrigation requirement.\nAdded by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 855 (S.B. 1162), Sec. 1.05, eff.
