Special District Local Laws Code § 8506.152","heading":"ACCOUNTS, CONTRACTS, AND OTHER RECORDS; PUBLIC INSPECTION.","body":"(a) The authority shall keep complete and accurate accounts conforming to approved methods of bookkeeping.\n(b) The accounts and all contracts, documents, and records of the authority shall be kept at the principal office of the authority.\n(c) The contracts shall be open to public inspection at all reasonable times.\nAdded by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 855 (S.B. 1162), Sec. 1.05, eff.
