Special District Local Laws Code § 8508.0209","heading":"AUDIT.","body":"(a) In addition to including the information required by Subchapter G, Chapter 49, Water Code, the audit report prepared under that subchapter must state:\n(1) the amount of money received by the authority under this chapter during the preceding fiscal year; and\n(2) how, to whom, and for what purpose the money was spent.\n(b) A copy of the audit report prepared under Subchapter G, Chapter 49, Water Code, shall be filed:\n(1) as required by Section 49.194, Water Code;\n(2) with the governor;\n(3) with the lieutenant governor;\n(4) with the speaker of the house of representatives;\n(5) with the attorney general; and\n(6) with the comptroller.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 468 (H.B. 4172), Sec. 1.03, eff.
