Special District Local Laws Code § 8509.0202","heading":"ENFORCEMENT OF RULES; PENALTY.","body":"(a) The district by rule may prescribe reasonable penalties for the violation of a district rule.\n(b) A penalty may consist of a fine not to exceed $200.\n(c) A penalty prescribed under this section is in addition to any other penalty provided by the laws of this state.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 468 (H.B. 4172), Sec. 1.03, eff.
